Q1: How long does it take to create and receive flags?
Ans: From the day you place your order, please allow up to 14 business days to
create the flags, plus the shipping time. For custom designs, please allow up to 4
weeks to make the flags, plus shipping time.
Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
Ans: We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, After Pay, Klarna & Affirm.
Customers in Belize can deposit via Atlantic Bank. Contact me for
account information.
Q3: Do you pray over and anoint the flags and veils?
Yes. Flags and veils are created in an environment of worship and prayer
and prayed over during and before shipping. All flags and veils are anointed with
Abba anointing oils from Israel.
Q4: How do I store my flags and veils?
Ans: For durability, roll your flags when not in use and place the on a flat
surface. Fold veils neatly and keep them in ziplock bags. Keep flags away from
very hot and wet/damp places such as windows, fireplace, stove etc. During
summer avoid leaving them inside vehicles as this may cause rods to break.
Q5: Can I wash my silk flags and veils?
Ans: Washing your flags or veils is not recommended. If they have gotten dirty,
use a spot cleaner or a gentle soap and gently rub on the spot.
Q6: Can I iron my silk flags and veils?
Ans: Yes. You can use a steamer or iron and set it to the lowest possible heat or
very gentle setting.

Q7: What is your return policy?
Ans: Because of the nature and intense labor that goes in the production of our products, we have a no returns policy.

Q8: The tracking number shows that my order was delivered, but I have not
received it. What do I do?
Ans: Be sure that your shipping address you provide us is a secure location or
postbox to avoid the risk of theft. If your package has been scanned as
delivered, we cannot be held liable and are unable to offer refund for stolen
packages. However, if your package is lost during transit and has not been
scanned as delivered, please let us know as soon as possible so we may
place a claim on your behalf with the courier. Once the courier completes
their investigation and establishes that the product/s was/ were lost while
on their possession, a refund or replacement will be issued to you.

Q9: The product/s I ordered were damaged on transit. Do you refund or
exchange the product?
Ans: Before shipping, we ensure that our products are in very good condition. If
damaged in transit, please take a clear photo of the package and damaged
product/s and email them to us at admin@vessel-in-motion.com; include
your name and phone number and a short description of the damaged
package and product/s. We will try to assist you on our end by placing a
claim on your behalf with the courier. Once the courier completes their
investigation and establishes that the damaged occurred while on transit, a
refund or replacement will be issued to you.
Q10: Do you do international shipping?
Ans: Yes. Please note that International shipping is expensive, but we will try our
best to find the best courier for your shipping. If after creating the label, the
shipping cost is less than charged, we will refund the difference. Some
countries may charge tax or additional fees. Please be advised to check
with your local post office.
Q11: How do I order an exclusive design?
Ans: Please go to our Custom Order page and enter your name, email address and write a very clear description of your design you would like us to do. Then click send. We will contact you and set a call to discuss your design, dimensions and cost.
Q12: Can you re-create a design from another flag artist?
Ans: Absolutely not! If you are interested in a design from another flag artist,
please purchase from that person. We believe in integrity and respect other
flag artists and believe that God has unique heavenly designs for each one.
Q13: Do you give group discounts?
Ans: Group discounts will be given for ministries or individuals purchasing 5
sets of flags or 5 worship veils.
